The Institute has clients - businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and individuals - to which or whom we have provided one or more services ranging from:

•  Providing awareness of the rights and responsibilities arising from Federal and provincial privacy legislation through private and public education sessions;

•  Conducting assessments of an organization's readiness to comply with legislation;

•  Creating privacy codes;

•  Providing software and procedures to manage an organization's privacy plan;

•  Training organizations' staff on privacy management; and,

•  Actual management of organizations' privacy management plans, including acting as organizations' Chief Privacy Officer [view Media Clip], handling privacy complaints, and tracking the use of personal information.
